In building the company, Greg Goetzman, founder and CEO, had two primary objectives. One was to address our clients' need to supplement their existing staffing resources with specialized professional expertise throughout the year for various projects. The second objective was to provide our consultants with careers that combine many of the benefits of working for a traditional professional services firm with the scheduling flexibility of project-based work and greater control over choosing client assignments. As evidenced by the growth and diversity of our client base, as well as the productivity and career fulfillment enjoyed by our consultants, we believe that we have uniquely developed a system of recruitment, retention, and collaboration that effectively achieves both of our founding objectives. We have bridged the gap between temp agencies and costly consulting firms by offering services that no longer require a company to make tradeoffs between quality, cost or internal resource allocation. |
