- 5 years minimum career industry experience
- Private industry experience / Public Industry a plus
- Undergraduate (BS/BA Degree) mandatory (preferably Finance or Accounting)
- MBA/CPA a plus
- Strong systems experience including:
- Hyperion (Enterprise/Pillar)
- Peoplesoft
- AS400
- Infininium
- JDEdwards
- SAP
- Oracle
- Solomon
- MAS90
- Timberline
- Great Plains
- Microsoft Office (Access, Strong Excel required - macros/pivot tables a plus)
- Hands-on/functional experience to include:
- Financial Reporting
- Month-end/Quarterly close
- Budgeting/Forecasting
- Planning & Analysis
- Information Technology/System Implementation
- Corporate Finance
- Overall strong GL experience (AP/AR/Reconciliation/Variance Analysis)
- Year-end Plan
- Business Plans
- Strong presence; good verbal/written skills; self-starters with initiative & confidence; flexibility & positive attitude; team player.
