T E S T I M O N I A L SPursuit of life balance and quality-of-life is what drew me to consulting. Despite my early apprehensions about a career move into consulting, I found the potential benefits--more time for family and friends, pursuit of extracurricular interests, dedication to an exercise regimen, etc.--to be compelling motivators. My interview with the Goetzman Group Mgmt staff was also key in my decisions. I walked away from my initial interview with a better understanding and a higher degree of comfort with the Goetzman business model. Equally important, I found the Mgmt Staff to be professional, credible, dedicated, engaging, and conscientious. Ultimately, my decision to sign-on with the Goetzman Group was the discovery that there is a viable alternative to the salaried professional position that often requires a treadmill mentality toward work. I just completed my two-year anniversary at Goetzman, and it has been a very satisfying two years. I feel I have made significant contributions to my clients, and more importantly--at least at this juncture-- I have made major strides toward the work/life balance I had long sought.
